Talk Studio LLC operates this site, the land-buying service at smartinvestorcrm.com/sell-your-land, and SmartInvestorCRM, the software product at app.smartinvestorcrm.com. They are the same company.
Program. If you request a cash offer on your vacant land at smartinvestorcrm.com/sell-your-land and check the optional SMS box, Talk Studio LLC may send you text messages about your property and a potential purchase, including messages sent using automated technology.
Opt-in is optional. Checking the box is not required to submit the form, to receive an offer, or as a condition of any purchase. If you decline, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency. Varies — messages are sent in response to your inquiry and as your conversation with us requires.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of, or authorized to act for the owner of, any property you tell us about. You agree the phone number you give us is yours and that you may receive messages at it.
Submitting the form does not create a contract, listing agreement, or binding offer. Any purchase offer we make is subject to our review of the property and title, is non-binding until reduced to a signed written agreement, and may be withdrawn at any time before then. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
Property descriptions and offer amounts discussed by phone, email, or text are estimates based on the information you provide. Please give us accurate details so we can respond usefully.
Do not submit false information, submit someone else's phone number, or use this site to harass or defraud. We may decline to respond to, or delete, any submission at our discretion.
